Lach Myall - Lach Rock Return's

Friend of the Shop Lach Rock premiered his video at KOB26; he has been working on it with Kyle Ralston! all along the east coast of AUS! We love Lach at the shop great dude! Give him his props, fellas! Few words from Lach I’ve been so stoked the last couple weeks since the premiere! Awesome to have an opportunity to film my own part and stoked Lux were keen to share it with the world. Kyle Ralston and myself started filming on a trip down to melb. Video took about a year, I wanted to film more but an injury put a stop to it. I was able to keep working on the video by putting together some animations while I was out of action though. Ralston chose the music and put the video together. It definitely turned in to a more collaborative project with Dylan “big money” and Lachie 45 helping with additional filming. They were on a trip south through Newcastle... getting to some spots out in Maitland was such a highlight. It was a nice feeling to work on something over a long period of time, rather than just short videos for instagram. It definitely reset my dopamine levels and kept me more in the moment. So stoked to have a few clips from Jesse “Lipton lord” especially his last one where he sends a perfect, super Gary young lookin table on the big left hip at WSPS. He catches every piece of transition! Also spraying some loose dirt out of way as he was probably laughing to himself. Ralston caught It perfectly on the fish and it makes for one of my favourite clips. Lippy inspires me to ride heaps and to focus on style. It gives me good feels knowing these clips will be out there for him to look back on because I know he will have a bright future! Back to the injuries…I broke my finger in January fucking around after great couple days getting clips. It was a good 8 weeks for it to heal up! Then start of July I broke leg real bad filming for the project. I’m still recovering now. Hopefully be walking again in next couple weeks. I was also so honoured to film some of the clips around Sydney with Ben Norris! He also helped me after the crash - he is a true legend! I appreciated him bringing my stuff up to hospital and making sure I was okay. The first animation I drew was how I imagine he looked filming me break my leg (probably still did a great job). We wouldn’t know because I think we are both a bit too scared to watch it back! That’s all :) thanks! Liv, Ralston, Lew, Lux, WSPS, Irrawang, Hambone, John Hunter Hospital and all the homies on the bench!
